LGF 28-Day Abs Challenge – Week 3

Week Three! If this was the City2Surf, you’d be almost at the top of Heartbreak Hill right now – the going gets tough this week (really tough) but you’re starting to feel like you can almost see the finish line and it feels GOOD! If you’re starting to struggle, don’t be afraid to split your workout up – do half in the morning and half before bed. It doesn’t matter when you’re doing the challenge, just as long as you keep doing it!

You’ll see that I’ve added a new exercise to the challenge this week – the side plank. Each session this week finishes with a 10-second plank each side. As with regular plank, there’s a modified version for anyone who needs it.

[Please note: the sun was in my eyes while I was doing these and so my head position is TERRIBLE. Keep your neck in a long line so it follows the length of your plank and tuck your chin a little]
