Yep, that’s right. It’s almost time to kick off the next Lazy Girl Fitness Challenge! After some feedback I’ve decided to extend the Challenge to eight weeks – we noticed that everyone is really hitting their straps by week six, so another couple of weeks will see some (even more) impressive results.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Start Date: Monday 16 March
When: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6am (24 sessions in total)
Focus: Bodyweight HIIT, boxing and strength
Where: Waverley Park, Bondi
Cost: $400 (payable in advance)

BUT WHAT IS IT REALLY LIKE?
I’m not going to lie to you, the Challenge is hard work; to begin with, those early starts are killer. But within a couple of weeks you’ll not only stop dreading them, I’d be willing to bet you start looking forward to them. The sessions are challenging but achievable and the women you’ll be training with are supportive and hard-working. Groups are small to ensure personal attention (and so you’ll never be able to skip a session without getting a text from me asking where you were). I’m not into yelling, I’m definitely not into putting people down and I promise I will do everything in my power to help you achieve the results you want; put in the effort and your results will speak for themselves.
