Oh my oh my oh my. I feel like I blinked and now the weekend is over Team. It was a crazy busy one, full of workouts and catch-ups and puppy cuddles and a little too much wine. Some would say that’s exactly the way a weekend should be!
Thing is, If you’re like me it can sometimes seem as though almost every weekend is kinda crazy busy. And for a lot of people, the workouts are the first thing to go. You know though (deep down in your heart of hearts) that it can be these workouts that keep us sane, and in fact they’re usually far more energising than energy draining. You need to prioritise that shit Team!
This is another little workout just perfect for those days that you can’t commit 45 minutes to the gym. It uses absolutely no equipment and can be done anywhere – so you could do it 3-4 times throughout the day (whenever you have a spare eight minutes) and voila, you’ve got yourself a full workout! Personally though, I like to throw it on the end of a larger workout to make sure I really completely ruin myself.
