Fridays are for fun, right? And although some of us (me! me!) would consider a 45-minute gym session fun, I’m willing to accept that not everyone feels the same. So… what to do when you want to do something, but not that. When you want it to be short, sweet and to the point? A 15-minute HIIT workout of course!
When you’re planning a 15-minute workout, chances are that you’re not heading to a gym to do it. And if you’re working out at home there’s also a very good chance that you don’t have any equipment. So it kinda makes sense to do a bodyweight workout, right? Right! So now we’re all on the same page, here’s something I prepared earlier: a 15-minute do-in-the-comfort-of-your-own-living-room HIIT workout.
