Has anyone else noticed that New Balance is kicking some serious style goals recently? I started getting back into their gear – both shoes and activewear – about 18 months ago, and I actually think they might be getting better each season. In fact, my New Balance Foam Zante are by far (like, I’m talking a ratio of 20:1) the most worn shoe in my athletic shoe wardrobe… and I have a lot of shoes in that particular wardrobe.
Anyway, I’ve just had a look at the new range and I wanted to share my pick of the lot. You’re welcome.
- Hero bra RRP $60 2. Fresh Foam Zante RRP $170 3. Grove tank RRP $60 4. Impact premium printed tight $120
I do not survive well in the cold. No no no. Long tights are my best friend from about April to October, and while I tend to go with a solid colour, I really love the print on the lower half of these. I usually choose a bright coloured bra under a simple tank, and I find the NB bras super comfy. Oh and I wasn’t kidding about the Zante’s – I wear mine A L L the time.
- 247 Mesh Bomber RRP $150 2. Fresh Foam Cruz RRP $160 3. 247 Breathe RRP $140
I don’t usually get into the ‘street’ end of the activewear phenomenon, but I’ve kind of fallen in love with some of the pieces from New Balance and I’m absolutely dying to get my hands on (arms through?) this jacket. And I love both of these sneakers… although if you made me choose I would go with the Breathe. It looks like a more solid shoe, and my feet do much better with a little bit of structure.
I should point out that this is not a sponsored post… I just really like the collection and I felt like it was my duty to share it with you. I also love that it’s not offensively expensive (and they have some pretty sweet sales towards the end of each season). If you want to see what else New Balance is doing you should check them out online.
