You might know Zoe Bingley-Pullin as the ‘good’ half of Good Chef, Bad Chef on Channel 10. What you mightn’t know is that not only is she an accomplished chef, she’s also a trained nutritionist, cookbook author and mum, who loves to share he passion for food. And on top of all that, Zoe is a huge advocate for getting out and getting moving – whether that be scheduled personal training sessions or walks with her family. Phew, tired yet? 28-Day Upper Body Challenge – Done!

960 tricep dips.
7mins 30secs high to low plank.
4mins 10secs air punching.
1min 40secs plank row.

I told you that it was no ordinary push up challenge and look at that – YOU MADE IT! The LGF 28-Day Upper Body Challenge is officially complete.

Review of Pelotone Indoor Cycling – Bella Vista

So, I don’t want to alarm anyone, but I found another spin class I enjoy… like, really enjoy.

Last weekend a couple of my friends and I made the trek (and I call it a trek because I know I paid at least five tolls) to Bella Vista for a class at Pelotone – Sydney’s Premier Indoor Cycle Studio. And it was totally worth it.
