The final week of the 28-Day Abs Challenge has begun! Congratulations to all of you who are still hanging in there – I know it’s been tough the last few days. The good news is that we’re now a mere seven days (or five abs sessions) from the finish line.
I don’t know about you guys, but I’m certainly feeling pretty proud of myself. This is the first time that I have made a dedicated effort to strengthening my core, and while I wouldn’t call it a pleasant experience, it’s certainly been its own kind of fun.
Before you get back into the challenge this week I think it’s important to take a moment to congratulate yourself on what you’ve achieved so far. At the start of the challenge you were planking for 20 seconds, and today it’s 80 seconds and still climbing! Sure, we all hope those beach-worthy abbers dabbers will start to make an appearance soon, but more important than that is the awesome work you’re doing to strengthen your core and protect your lower back.
Now there’s a week to go (and the toughest week yet at that!), so it’s time to get your head back in the game – I can’t wait to hear how you guys are feeling this time next week!
