Kettlebells are one of my favourite instruments of torture pieces of equipment. They’re so versatile you can do almost anything with them, and therefore they’re an excellent choice if you’re thinking of investing in a few key pieces for your own home gym.
Today I’ve put together a fairly simple workout that you can do at the gym, or pretty much anywhere (as long as you’ve got a kettlebell, der). It’s a good one – if I do say so myself – full of big compound movements designed to burn lots of calories and make you SWEAT.
Full Body Kettlebell Workout
Weighted squats x 12
Kettlebell swings x 12
Squat pull x 12
Weighted forward lunge x 12/leg
Single-arm row x 12/arm
[Repeat 4/5 times]
It’s worth noting that kettlebells can be dangerous if you’re not 100% confident in what you’re doing.
