The 8x8x8 Workout

Well I don’t know about you, but I am exhausted – I need a weekend to recover from my weekend. There was a bit of everything here in LGF Land; friends, chores, epic sandhills with the crazy guys from East Side Crew, lots and lots of walking, Lou-cuddles and – allegedly – a little too much wine.

 Of course, my dear Team, I did also allow some time to sit down and pen a little workout or two for you to enjoy, and the first one is coming at you today! It’s right there at the top of this page, so why not save it to your phone for future use?

One of the many reasons I love this workout is that it’s incredibly simple to change it up to suit your needs. At home without any equipment at your disposal? Use only bodyweight exercises. Want to focus on lower body? Load up on squat and lunge variations. Short on time? Make it a 6x6x6 workout. Want to really push the boundaries? Stretch it out to 10x10x10! Whatever you do, do it hard, do it fast and give 100% at all times.
