Wanderlust – Sydney 2014

wanderlustIt’s no secret that I’ve got a bit of a thing for Lululemon. And by ‘thing’ I mean I’d exchange my hypothetical firstborn child for a van full of Lulu clothing. Maybe even just a shopping trolley full if I’m honest. So while I may not be the biggest or bendiest yogi going around, when I found out that Lululemon was helping to bring Wanderlust to Sydney, I was in.

31-Minute Bodyweight HIIT Workout

What. A. Week. I am totally and utterly exhausted as I sit here with a glass of water and a (bigger) glass of wine, pulling together the workout that I planned for you guys last weekend.

It’s the fact that we just like eating darn it!

Tabata Living Room Workout

planksMost of the time, I really enjoy working out by myself. I don’t tend to have many issues with motivation – I’m pretty happy to just get in and get my workout done. I know that’s not necessarily the case for everyone though – overwhelmingly, my clients tell me that they see me because they never really push themselves when training alone.
