I feel like I really shouldn’t start another blog post talking about how amazing the weather has been here in Sydney this weekend, but seriously it’s so ridiculous I can’t help myself…. HOW AMAZING HAS THE WEATHER BEEN THIS WEEKEND?
To paint you a little picture, right now it’s Sunday afternoon and I’m sitting outside in the garden with a singlet on. In May. While Lou sunbathes beside me. Basically, it’s still swimming weather, which means we could probably all use a little five-minute abs workout, right?
This is a great little session to tack onto the end of your regular workout. It targets your upper, lower and oblique (side) abber-dabbers, so you’re getting maximum bang for your buck. Oh and heads-up: Lou bombs the video, it’s totally worth watching.
Five-Minute Abs Workout Finisher
20 x mountain climbers
20 x crunches
20 x bicycle
20 x scissor kicks
20 x reverse crunches.
Repeat two times (three rounds in total)
Remember that old saying ‘abs are made in the kitchen’? Well, I’ve got bad news for you: it’s true. Combine the above workout – or take on the whole 28-day Abs Challenge – with a good diet for maximum results.
Here’s to another sunny week!
