Workout Wednesday – Leg & Butt Burner


I think I have just had my slackest week on the blog since LGF started. 

Bad blogger.

Between the City2Surf and having my family and friends down for the weekend I just haven’t had time, and then when they left and I did have time I was just too tired. TOO TIRED.

Anyway, my wrap-up of the C2S is still coming (so is Christmas, I know). But in the meantime I thought I’d better give you something. And since it is still Wednesday here in Australia – barely – and Wednesday is only just starting on the other side of the world, I figured a cheeky little Workout Wednesday would do the trick.

I prepared this one last week and posted it on Facebook and Instagram, so if you aren’t following me there (the shame!) then this is for you!

  1. It’s okay if you have a slacky week, just make sure to make up for it after. In terms of the workout, I find that nice, especially when the people out here were unable to go to the gym and them needing some alternatives.
