I love bodyweight workouts. 

I mean sure, kettlebells are fun, medicine balls can make you cry and boxing is the best kind of torture. But bodyweight workouts? They’re simple, effective and you can do them anywhere.

Literally anywhere.

Raining outside and you’ve only got your living room to work with? Bodyweight workout. On your honeymoon and want a quick and easy workout to do before you head back to sipping cocktails by the pool? Bodyweight workout. Toddler asleep in the other room and you’ve got about 30 minutes before you need to put your ‘mummy’ hat back on? Bodyweight workout.

Bodyweight workout. Bodyweight workout. Bodyweight workout.

Save this one to your phone and try it sometime. You’ll sweat, you’ll curse, you’ll burn lotsa calories and your body will thank you for it.
