I have had THE BEST WEEKEND. 

Seriously.

THE BEST.

I’ve done my last long run before the Blackmores half marathon next weekend, caught up with friends, made new friends, cuddled Lou, been to the Bondi Farmers Markets, trained gorgeous clients, cuddled Lou, been out for dinner, walked Lou, written some workouts, cuddled Lou, had a mini photoshoot for the blog and rounded things off with a little more cuddling of Lou.

The photo at the top of this post pretty much sums up my photoshoot this morning. My wonderful friend Sal (The Fit Foodie) was patient enough to spend hours with me down at Rose Bay, grabbing shots for some upcoming stuff I’ve got happening with the blog. And as you can see, I’m not the easiest person to photograph. Stay tuned for the rest of the pics popping up around the place soon. #awkwardfacialsaremyspecialty
