Total Body Workout for Beginners

It’s been a bit of a crazy week here at Lazy Girl Fitness HQ (otherwise known as ‘wherever I happen to be with my laptop’). Between regular work, training sessions, planning for my Vitality Show workout and preso (more info to come later this week) and preparation for today’s half marathon, I’ve really dropped the ball as far as posting goes. Fear not though, I’m back this week and firing on all cylinders!

Over the next couple of days I’ll be pulling together my post on Blackmores Running Festival, but in the meantime I’ve put together another little workout for you to try. This one has been designed for anyone who’s new to strength training. It requires no equipment bar a step (for your step ups and tricep dips) and it shouldn’t take you too long at all – although I encourage you to take whatever rest breaks you need.

Know someone who ‘s been looking for a simple workout they can do at home? Be a doll and forward this onto them!

Have a great week!
