The 15-Minute Vitality Workout. Plus, Life.

Lord. Do you ever just wonder where time goes?

I took last week off my ‘regular’ job to head home and visit my family, plan for Vitality and the LGF Six-Week Challenge (still a few spaces available if you’re interested) and just catch up on a bunch of emails, blog posts and general LGF admin.

Now it’s Monday again and I actually have no idea how that happened.

While I would love to say that I got back on top of everything, that would by lying (and I’m nothing if not brutally honest). Nevermind though, Vitality was a heap of fun, the 6-Week Challenge is coming along nicely and there’ll be plenty of time for the rest of it no doubt.

Right?

Don’t panic Mum, things are totally fine. You can call me Jess Balance Robinson.

The good news is that I had a sensational time at Vitality over the weekend. There were some great brands and really inspiring speakers there, and although the crowds weren’t huge they were passionate, and I was really excited to be involved. I LOVED doing my session and was super appreciative of everyone who took the time to attend – from friends and clients to total strangers.

My session was pretty simple – a 10 minute chat on the main issues/barriers that many women are facing with regards to fitness (more on that in a future post) followed by a 15-minute bodyweight workout that you can do anywhere. You’ll find it at the bottom of this post (apologies in advance for the terrible pic quality – I literally took a photo of the handout…).

To everyone who attended Vitality – I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. And to everyone who didn’t…. well, 2015 is your year!

Have a fab rest of week!

xx
