So, summer is approximate 75 hours away and – damn it – you’ve left your 2013/14 New Year’s resolution to ‘get fit’ a little late… again.
The good news is that it’s never actually too late to start. Forget summer for a moment; every day, every hour, every minute, hell, every second, you have a new opportunity to make healthy choices – for your mind, your body AND for your very special soul. I can help you out with at least one of those things right now – and I reckon the other two will start to follow.
This workout has been designed especially for beginners. The movements are simple – allowing you to focus on technique – but it’s going to remind your butt, hamstrings, quads, back, chest and abs that they’re alive! And providing you keep the intensity up for the whole 30-something minutes you’re going to get a good little cardio boost too.
So go on; make a commitment to doing this workout over the weekend.
