Exercise. We’ve all gotta do it, right, but sometimes the idea of getting to the gym is about as appetising as swallowing a handful of super-hot chillies. I.e Not that appetising (unless you’re into that sort of thing).
Anyway.
This (at the top of the page) is a little workout I put together for just those days. You can do it in a park, down at the beach, heck, you can even do it in your yard provided you’ve got a few spare metres of space. And if you don’t have a few metres of space just switch out the shuttle run for 10 rounds of 40 high knees. It’s that simple, really it is.
