So Monday rolls around again. Kinda like clockwork one might say. Actually EXACTLY like clockwork. Because it is clockwork.
Anyway.
This is kind of a special Monday for me, because it’s the Monday of the final week of my latest Six-Week Challenge. For the past five weeks I have spent every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning with a fabulous bunch of women. It has rained, it has stormed, it has been humid, it has been freezing, and still they have come. I love them. And soon they will be gone.
Sorry, that got a little dramatic for a moment.
As part of each Challenge I send out a weekly email with a workout and/or recipe for everyone to try. And this week I’m sharing that workout with you. It’s a pretty simple one actually. Only four exercises to remember. You should get through the whole thing in around 30 minutes, which makes it perfect for lunchtimes and rushed mornings. And because all you need is a skipping rope, it’s also a great one to save to your phone and take with you on holidays or business trips.
No excuses Team.
