Monday morning kickstart

Mondays. It’s fair to say that not many people really truly love them. It’s kind of a shame really, because they offer so much; a fresh start, a clean slate, a whole week of opportunity! But I won’t go into that in too much detail because hearing that on Sunday night will probably make you want to hit me. 

Whatever your feelings on them, it’s no secret that a good Monday sets you up for an even good-er week. Yep, that’s a word now. And lucky for you, I’ve put together a sweet little workout that will make your week the good-est possible. You will need a couple of bits of pieces of equipment for this one, so it’s great for anyone with a little home gym or a gym membership. The workout is right there at the top of the page so you can save it to your phone and do it later! And I’ve included are some pics and images of any exercises you may not be familiar with.
