I love working out… which is lucky really, because otherwise being a personal trainer would have been a very poor career choice.
But sometimes I spend so much time planning other people’s sessions that I find myself in a little bit of a planning rut when it comes to my own. That’s when I decide it’s time to take things right back to basics, with simple, intense workouts that work up a serious sweat, but don’t take up too much brainpower.
This is a prime example of that type of workout… you’ll notice it’s only got two exercises. TWO! But you have my word that if you choose to take on this session you will be a sweaty – but content – beast by the end of it. And I don’t know about you but that’s exactly what I want from my workouts.

You are awesome! Very simple and effective workouts! I have 6 kids and run a full time business that takes up my life and this just fits so well into my routine, simple basic no concentration needed just do it, type of exercise plan that I especially don’t need to take up most of my workout time checking what’s next!
