Trash Yourself Tuesday Workout

May 12, 2015 By LazyGirlFitness Leave a Comment

trash yourself tuesday

So you know how I did that post last Friday on Five Health Mistakes to Avoid This Weekend? Yeah I definitely made a few of them myself on the weekend. Irony is a bitch. So is wine when you drink too much of it.

Oh well, onwards and upwards, right? I did manage to put in some solid workouts on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, and I really focused on eating well, so all in all I’m still calling the weekend a success. Plus it inspired me to put together a special little workout for those of us who are feeing the after-effects of a big Friday or Saturday night – something to punish/reinvigorate us. Something to remind us why it’s good to be alive!

It’s pretty high intensity and I haven’t factored in a lot of rest time, so it’s important for you to listen to your body, push where you can push and rest where you need to rest.

Enjoy, and happy Tuesday Team!

I wish i could do 1 minute of push ups, but my upper strength just won’t let me! Even when on my knees, i have to revert to the box press. Not sure when that day will come where i can power through or even do one full press up (not on knees) x

You will get there! Persistence is key – I used to be terrible at them, but I made it my mission to learn how to do them with good form. I did a little post a while back on basic variations, get into them first: http://lazygirlfitness.com.au/2014/07/13/push-up-tutorial/
      Keep me posted xx
