As an outdoor trainer, having good quality, portable, multi-purpose equipment is a non-negotiable – when you’re lugging gear to and from the car, every single piece needs to have at least one role to play per session.
The same could be said for someone setting up a home gym – when you don’t have much space, big lumpy pieces of equipment don’t make any sense. Finding the right equipment can sometimes be difficult though, with plenty of places offering fitness accessories that are either poor quality, really expensive or – worst case scenario – both.
A couple of months ago I picked up a few things from 66fit and I have been super impressed with the quality of their gear. Like, super SUPER impressed. After serving thousands (and thousands) of customers as Physio Supplies, the company re-branded to 66fit as they extended their range of home fitness equipment. Which brings me to the most important part of today’s blog post…
That’s the part where YOU COULD WIN $200 TO SPEND ON YOUR CHOICE OF EQUIPMENT AT 66FIT.

Good luck!
p.s I’m glad you asked! My training favourites are the resistance bands, ab roller and weighted skipping ropes, because they take up so little space, yet still manage to inflict large amounts of torture on my clients. I’ve got a bit of a love/hate relationship going on with the trigger point massage kit too – by god it hurts, but it’s a great way to release my very tight hip flexors.
Started in 1999 as Physiosupplies.com, Physio Supplies was set up because their founder Craig Fleming had to have major back surgery and needed to buy equipment in order to serve his rehabilitation. At the time he was charged an extortionate £77 for a wobble board, at which point he came up with a plan supply the public with affordable physiotherapy and rehabilitation equipment as it certainly did not need to be sold at such ridiculous prices.
Physio Supplies introduced the 66fit brand into their range in 2011 – the time was right and it made sense to re-brand their image to suit the expanding range of home fitness products they were stocking on top of all the physio and rehabilitation equipment.
66fit currently serves the UK, Germany and Australia, and are expanding throughout Europe as we speak!
Let’s go hula hoop, weighted skipping rope and aerobic steps!
My dream home gym would be a wobble/balance board, sand bags, a set of kettle bells, a bench , an olympic bar and weights and if I was really dreaming big a small cable machine. But right now I have my trusty skipping rope, yoga Matt, trx and hula hoop. Great comp jess! Thanks xx
Kettlebells, bands and sandbags would be perfect..thanks
I’ve become a little obsessed with jump rope exercises and have done some of the LGF workouts teamed with some body weight exercises including sprints, burpees and pushups.
I would love a larger set of weights plus a large foam roller! Maybe an exercise bike or treadmill too…. Might have to add extra moolah to my order of I win haha!! Thanks for the comp Jess x
I would be happy with a Swiss ball, skipping rope and a few kettle bells. Enough to turn my backyard into a gym
What a fabulous competition, thank you! My current equipment consists of make-do household items, so some proper equipment would be so much better! 66fit have a great range, so I’m thinking a yoga mat, fitness ball, weighted skipping ropes and some weights would be a fantastic start!
As a full time working my, I would buy some fun equipment that I can use around my daughter and she can have a play with as well when I’m working out. If I won I would probably get a balance board for my core, a hula hoop, a door gym and an exercise ball.
Sorry meant full time working mum
The dream of having a Bosu at home is VERY tempting, but some weights, skipping rope and swim gear is probably a more reasonable dream
Good luck everyone!!
The air dome balance trainer looks interesting, would definitely give that a go.
Bosu ball, foam roller and mini tramp
My dream home gym would have kettle bells, weights and a foam roller:) thank you keep up the great work!
Dream home gym would be… Bosu Ball, Medicine Balls and Weighted Jump Rope. And the old Foam Roller!
Obvs the Hulla Hoop – Circus Style Work Out!
Weighted hula hoop, air balance board with resistance band, spiked massage ball and a foam roller would all be in my haul!!
My dream home gym
Is kettle bells set ☑️
resistant Bands ☑️
Weights set ☑️
Dumb bells ☑️
This is what I would love to buy
slam balls, floor mats, balance Board
and a huge Dream is a Force G3 Monster Set up ??? that’s my big $$$ spend
I would add some heavier weights or a kettle bell. Maybe even the bosu so I can practice in the comfort of my own home and not look so ridiculous trying to balance on that thing. Thanks Jess.
This one is for my ever-hard working girlfriend. She uses our 1 year old daughter as a weight for squats and lunges. A chair for her tricep dips and push-ups. Anything to replace that ‘equipment’ would be amazing! An aerobic bar and Bosu ball will be a great start.
My wish list… Did go a virtual shopping! Would also love medicine balls, slam balls, kettle bells, aerobic steps… and the list just keeps growing!!!!
66FIT AB & BACK TRIGGER POINT STRETCHER
66FIT PROFESSIONAL EXERCISE MAT – 17MM X 60CM X 180CM – BLUE/BLACK
66FIT EXTREME RESISTANCE LOOP BANDS
66FIT PRO LEATHER SPEED SKIPPING ROPE
66FIT TRIGGER POINT MASSAGE ROLLER KIT
66FIT EVA FOAM ROLLER – BLUE – 10CM X 90CM
A bar& plates so I could squat ( because squatting makes me happy) a trx and a pull up bar. (Pull ups make me feel like I have super powers)
Wow. I will definitely be visiting that site again to build up my kit. My top pick would be the boss ball. I’ve had my eye on it for a while to add into my running strength routine.
My dream home gym from 66fit would be the following-
66fit wooden balance board
66fit instructional balance DVD
66fit weighted hula hoop 1.2kg
66fit weighted speed skipping rope
Bosu pro commercial balance trainer
66fit trigger point massage roller kit.
As you can see by my choices they are all fun looking child friendly equipment. Some days with 4 children it is impossible to get out of the house, let alone exercise and this type of gear is fun and could be used outside with the kids so everyone is happy. Win win!
Great competition- I was so impressed by what 66fit had to offer. I was under the impression this kind of equipment could only be found at the Physio clinic. So excited to discover you can actually buy it for home.
Thanks Jess.
I’d definitely get a bunch of stuff to complement my pole dance training.
The trigger point triangle and back stretcher.
A grip exerciser and gyrociser (because that’s great when sitting around relaxing or watching TV)
Ab roller
A balance board for some at home rehab for old foot and ankle injuries that left me with crappy balance and weakness
The achilles and calf stretcher to help loosen up my super tight calves from the aforementioned old injuries.
And a weighted skipping rope cause they’re awesome
Really love how much of the 66fit range is for rehab and stretching as well as for strength building. Really awesome balance that can be hard to find!
