So Team, apparently we’re having an arctic snap. I don’t really know what that means, but I’ve taken to wearing a singlet, a long sleeve top, a duck down vest, a duck down jacket and some gloves every time I leave the house, so to be honest we could be in the middle of an actual blizzard and I’m not sure I would notice.
I’m going up to the Blue Mountains this weekend though, which does pose a problem…. Is there any way for me to add any more layers? I’m concerned that it’s not physically possible. To combat this frightening thought, I’ve put together an eight minute workout that can be done anywhere, at any time. You’ll need a bench (or edge of a couch, a bed, a chair… whatever you can find) and thas pretty much it, but I promise it’s a great little workout to get the blood pumping and keep those arctic conditions at bay.
