The countdown is on to the next Lazy Girl Fitness 8-Week Challenge, so if you’ve been thinking about stepping up your training, this is the way to do it.
Kicking off on 7th September (in three weeks!), you’ll train Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings with a small group of awesome women, all friendly, focused and determined to get into the best shape of their lives. The Challenge is progressive, with each session building on the one prior. We focus on fitness, not weight loss, and you’ll do a mix of bodyweight and weights-based exercises, then hit the pads every Friday for a boxing session. No two sessions are the same, so you can expect to be challenged each and every time you show up.

What: 8-Week Challenge (women-only sorry guys!)
When: Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings at 6am (with the potential of a 6.50am class depending on interest)
Where: Waverley Park, Bondi
Inclusions: 3 sessions/week + gift pack featuring some of my fave health + beauty-related products & access to the LGF Facebook group where we will share extra workouts, recipes, ask questions etc.
Cost: $50 per week ($400 in total, payable in advance)
