8-Week Challenge – Starts Feb 1

Days/Times: Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 6am
What is it: Bodyweight (Mon), strength (Wed) and boxing/HIIT/running (Fri)
Location: Waverley Park, Bondi
What’s included: 8 weeks of training (24 sessions), access to Facebook group + gift bag
Cost: $400 + single $25 payment for LGF singlet
