When you’re really passionate about something, hanging around other people who are passionate about the same something is pretty exciting. For me, the something is fitness and health. So two somethings really, but in my life they’re so closely intertwined that I think they can count as one.
The Fitness Show brings together all of the many, many (MANY) things I love about fitness and health, under one gigantic roof. And this year, the event (which used to be called the Fitness & Health Expo) is bigger and – dare I say it – better than ever! It’s been designed in three specific zones, depending on the health journey that you’re on. There’s the ACTIVE zone (for everyone who’s interested in leading a health, active lifestyle), STRENGTH (for bodybuilding and strength training peeps), and INDUSTRY (for anyone in the industry, or looking to get into the industry).
It’s set to be a super holistic event this year, with a healthy living stage where you can learn to make nutritious meals and treats, celeb and expert appearances, heaps of opportunities for you to participate in all sorts of workouts, plus you can watch natural bodybuilding competitions, powerlifting and heaps more.
This year’s Sydney event will be held from Friday 28 April to Sunday 30 April down at the brand new International Convention Centre at Darling Harbour, and I have five double passes to give away (RRP $60)!
