This time in tomorrow I’ll be on board a plane to India, champagne in hand, ready to get married again (it’s to Karn again guys, don’t panic). Before I go though, I’m pulling together a butt, chest and abs workout for me (and therefore you) that can be done super fast and in the comfort of a hotel/bedroom/backyard/gym/practically anywhere.
In my last post, I talked about the way I usually plan my workouts… this time I’ve got something quite different up my sleeve though. Instead of moving from one muscle group to the next in a circuit-style workout, this one has been designed to be more isolating, by take one muscle group to fatigue before moving on to the next. You might notice that there’s actually very few exercises in it too – just lots of variations of the same movements!
