OK so let me be honest with you, I may not be what you’d typically consider a lazy girl.
I’m a passionate part-time personal trainer and full-time writer (not to mention crazy dog lady) living in Sydney. I LOVE exercise. I love to run. To walk my dog. Lift weights. Knock out a serious HIIT session, And I have begun to love yoga (although I’m what you might kindly refer to as a total novice). Basically, if you have to move to do it, I love it.
But you know what else?
I love to eat. Read. Watch a movie. Have a picnic. Drink wine with my friends.
Exercise and movement is a huge part of my life, but it’s not the only thing is my life. And that’s why I believe in the importance of balance. I believe in imperfection and laughing and doing your best and finding what works for you.
I believe in working smarter rather than harder so you can get back out there and get into all the things that put a smile on your face – whatever they may be.
Here at Lazy Girl Fitness you’ll find workout ideas, fitness challenges, info on my own training, interviews with fitness/health gurus who inspire me plus the occasional recipe and other random ramblings as they come to me.
Come along for the ride. I don’t know where it’s going yet but I’m pretty sure it’s going to be a whole lot of fun!
