Review of Pelotone Indoor Cycling – Bella Vista

So, I don’t want to alarm anyone, but I found another spin class I enjoy… like, really enjoy.

Last weekend a couple of my friends and I made the trek (and I call it a trek because I know I paid at least five tolls) to Bella Vista for a class at Pelotone – Sydney’s Premier Indoor Cycle Studio. And it was totally worth it.

Partner Workout – Bodyweight & Boxing

During the week, finding the time to work out can be tough. I’m generally up before 6am, but between walking Lou, full-time work, PT sessions, netball and attempting to have a social life, from Monday to Friday my workouts tend to be the hard and fast ones I can fit in my lunch break.
