Each year on the blog I like to look back on the year that was… the highs, the lows, and the moments and events that really struck a cord with me. This year I’ve decided to do things a little differently though. Instead of focusing on individual events, I want to take stock of a few big lessons I learned, and how I learned them. #LGF10aDay – Days 9-16
Unless you’ve been living under a really boring rock, you’ll know that the very excellent, very simple and very F-U-N #LGF10aDay Challenge kicked off last week. I’ve put together a workout for every day of the month (yep, including Christmas Day). All bodyweight exercises, all simple enough to do in your own home or backyard….
