As a personal trainer, scoring an invite to the launch of a new gym/wholefoods store/insert-healthy-pursuit-here is probably a bit like a normal person getting invited to the opening of a new cocktail bar. Pretty darn exciting.
I don’t deal well with winter. Like, I REALLY don’t deal well with winter. So much so in fact, that some would suggest that becoming an outdoor personal trainer wasn’t the smartest career move I’ve ever made. [Sidenote: probably not the stupidest either.] [Read more…]
I feel like I shouldn’t start another blog post talking about how amazing the weather has been here this weekend, but seriously it’s so ridiculous I can’t help myself…. HOW AMAZING HAS THE WEATHER BEEN THIS WEEKEND? [Read more…]

The novelty of Monday is over, and now – after a string of short weeks – we finally have to face the reality of five days at work… in a row! Yuck. Lucky for you, I thought I’d make things a little easier with a fun-filled workout, guaranteed to get the endorphins flowing. You find squat jumps fun, right?
